What is this new "Call Reference ID:" when a number is selected from the call history

I see, both CID number, CNAM name, and Reference ID.

I'd show an image of an incoming one but the site says my jpg file is not valid

Some do, but most don't show the CNAM name for either of my two residential lines. That it works for you doesn't mean it's consistent. Obviously it's not.
