    It appears my original post addressing the issue was blocked by a moderator. I suggest you open a ticket and go thru normal VOIPo channels for tech support.

    i did. also to the adaptor doesnt show off-hook when a phone is plugged into the adaptor. the device now shows reg, but i put up the phone and get no dial tone, and if i try to dial the IVR *** nothing happens ether.

    I had the same issue yesterday when replying to another HT-502 post.

    It does appear that numerous strange names appear every day as registered.

    Have you tried any other DNS?

    Why should that be necessary?

    Some posts go and some get the message that they are being moderated and never get posted. What does DNS have to do with this?
