• You have FAX included in this overview, but you planned to hold it back?
• When referring to SIP URL you say "specific" but I think you mean "specify".
• You mention *69, but that did not work when I tested it.
• Otherwise that looked good.

A suggestion:

• You could use GOOG411 as an example by routing 411 to 8004664411.

Tim, based on your post at DSLR, it sounds like paid 411 is going to be your setup? How readily changeable will this be?
